Running with my personal running trainer ;)

Running. Keep running. This is day 2, week 1… We will start with 5 minutes warm up walk. The idea is to get your heart rate up and your muscles warm up. I will let you know when it is time to run.

Ok, your 5 minutes warm up is almost complete. Today’s work up consist of … minutes of running, followed by … minutes of walking and you will repeat that 4 times in the next … minutes. Now, start with … minutes and I will let you know when it is time to change.

Ok, good job, you can slow your pace back down for a walk for the next … minutes. Ok, it’s time for another … minutes of running, try to pace yourself, you still have 2 more after this. Ok, ready? Go!

OK, that’s the end of your run, you can slow back down to a walk for the next … minutes. Ok, time for another … minutes of run. Ok, ready? Go!!

And running, running, still running…
